All you have to do is mix the food with warm water for a high protein meal, or crumble the patties on top of your dog’s favorite ACANA kibble or wet food for a flavorful dog food topper. This ACANA dog food is made with 90 percent*** quality animal ingredients. Choose ACANA freeze dried to give your companion the nutritional foundation they need to live a happy, healthy life. How should I store this product?
Seal bag tightly, and store in a cool dry location. Refrigerate rehydrated food immediately and discard if unused after three days.
ACANA Free-Run Turkey Recipe Freeze-Dried Dog Food Patties Directions:
- EVERY DOG IS DIFFERENT Just like you, your dog is a unique individual so feeding amounts will vary.
- Use the Feeding chart as an initial guide, monitor your portions accordingly.
- For dogs greater than 60lbs, please visit acana.com for feeding instructions.
- Feed twice daily and always provide fresh, clean water.
- GESTATION: Increase from 25% to 50% of the adult amount.
- LACTATION: Feed 'free choice'.
- PUPPIES: At 1 ½ - 3 months old, feed twice the adult amount.
- At 3-6 months, feed 1 ½ times the adult amount.
- At 6-11 months, feed 1 ¼ times the adult amount.
- 8 oz bag = approximately 13 scoops in a bag 14 oz bag = approximately 16 medallions in a bag
Rehydration: If your dog prefers softer food or if you want to add moisture to their diet, consider rehydrating the patties with a bit of warm water before serving.
