How to use
Silver Honey® Rapid Wound Repair Ointment Directions:
- Gently remove excess dirt and debris from the wound area.
- If wound is cleansed with water, blot dry or let air dry for one minute.
- Apply liberally to affected area once or twice daily, or as often as needed, until healing takes place.
- Apply product beyond the wound edges. Do not rinse or wipe off.
Tip:
For minor cuts and scrapes, apply a thin layer of Silver Honey Rapid Wound Repair Ointment and cover with a bandage to protect the wound and promote faster healing.

Makes Silver Honey application easy
I bought this to use on my mare that had damaged her leg. Between the healing properties and the ease of use, it's earned it's place as a staple item in my first aid kit. I had wished that it was stickier but that's what the ointment is for. Excellent product and a must have for any ranch. I especially love the horizontal or vertical spray pattern option.

Go-to for all things skin
My farrier once told me he had great luck using a combination of manuka honey and silver for a horse with scratches years ago and I wanted to try it myself, and was so excited when I came across this product. I use both the ointment and spray on my dog and horses when they have skin issues and cuts. Both are easy to apply and seem to really help speed up and support the healing process. I have used the ointment on cuts and scrapes on both my dog and horses. I have used the spray gel on pastern dermatitis with great success and found that it doesn't attract shavings and debris as much as the ointment can (which is understandable due to the nature of and thickness of the ointment). I have also recently used the spray gel on my dog who randomly developed a rash on the inside of all four legs and it was cleared up within two days of using this product. While he was still tempted to lick it off at first, as long as I kept him distracted for the first hour it was applied, he had no desire to lick it off after it had dried. I was surprised to see this because he always obsesses over licking other topical products off even hours after it has been applied in the past. This is a product that my first aid kit for my animals will never go without!

It works!!
Rain rot healed in 2 days. Tryed Coat Defense and Zinc spray before purchasing. They somewhat worked but did not clear it up.

Works miracles!
My horse Duncan had a little too much fun in his paddock and came in covered in cuts all over him and I of course panicked. I had heard amazing things about Silver Honey and figured this was the perfect time to give it a try. I was completely amazed with the results. I started to see improvement after just a couple days of using it. All his cuts were superficial, but not insignificant in size or location. I am so impressed with how well they healed. I was worried about scarring and white hair growing in when it healed, but no issues there and the new skin that grew in was so incredibly soft. I personally used the 2 oz ointment since I needed to apply it to sensitive areas like over his eye. It stays in place great with no oozing or dripping and has a thick consistency that is easy to spread across the problem area. This product would be perfect for anyone dealing with any sort of cut, wound, or skin funk.

Finally something that works!
Our draft cross gets the most horrible summer sores every year. We have taken him to a major vet clinic and tried everything under the Sun. The wounds just don’t want to heal. I read about this product and am trying it on one of his scars. The scar tissue has been softening up and hair starting to regrow. I am optimistic it may help in the summer when his wounds really go crazy

Eh - more hype than quality
I had heard a lot of positive things about this product. I found the most disappointing part to be the consistency. The spray comes out so thin and runny that it just drips right off the wound. It does not stick to the would creating a barrier like it says it would. I have another product that is more of a water-based gel and it goes on and stays there to create a barrier and really soak into the wound. This stuff drips down so fast you arent even sure the wound got any of the medicine.
