Customer service
PedMeds is a great company !!! We had issues with our vet approving my dogs meds. When they finally did approve the order, my dog was out of his meds. PetMeds sent the order overnight without extra charge. I was so appreciative.

Not the cheapest
I found a place that is quite a bit cheaper so this will probably be my last order. The PancreVed powder works great and Petmeds is a good company but money is money and if I can get the exact same product for about $30 less I am going to buy from the less expensive place.

Great for EPI
This works great for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI). Our Newfoundland never gets diarrhea due to the powder on her food.

Shipping takes too long
This is a great product necessary for my dog to live and the quality and price of the product is great- 5 stars for the product. However- shipping always takes 10-14 days despite the free shipping stating it will take 3-5 days. Plan ahead if you order and know that if you choose free shipping it may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. I also wish PetMeds would allow different cadence on their auto ship- they only allow months (1 month, 2 months, etc) which just does not work for us with this product. We need to be able to choose by weeks, example 3 weeks or 5 weeks. The autoship also does not allow for the often almost 2 week shipping time that it takes, so I have run out of the product before bc of that.

great product, HORRIBLE customer service
Pancreved works as described, and has made our dog's quality of life much better. That said, I'd recommend that if you can afford to, get it somewhere else!

Works okay, but smells terrible.
I had my dog (who has EPI) on PancrePlus powder for a long time, but it's extremely overpriced, so I decided to give this one a try. My dog seems to have had a few more "bad days" than normal on this new powder, which I can't say for sure is due to the powder, but what I can say is that this stuff stinks bad like old bacon and so does my dog! It comes out her pores - no joke. I have to try not to gag when using it. I'm so bummed because I had high hopes for this seemingly equal and less expensive option, but I just can't take the smell (and wonder of she would do better back on her old powder). Sigh. I hope they keep working on it, because I really would love a good alternative. I'd also love an option that is transparent about being sourced from humane and ethical farms. Shout out to PetMeds, though, who has excellent customer service.
